Where deep focus endures, new value is born

When we founded Berry, we made a decision: to help people struggling with problems that had no solution. To create the products to do that with our own hands, and to make them products used by people all over the world.

At first glance, babyband looks like a simple helmet. But behind it lies a great deal of ingenuity: precise design logic, optimization that makes the most of material properties, and a design that minimizes the burden on patients.

It is the result of turning new technologies and methods, impossible with conventional manufacturing processes, into reality through countless failures.

The hopes of patients and doctors, a passion for technology, and a tenacious team. We believe great value is born only when these come together and we stay immersed in the challenges in front of us.

We will keep moving forward and keep creating new value.

Core Value

The three values that guide Berry

01

Build Trust

Respect others and take ownership

Why it matters

We want to be deeply trusted by the people around us. We treat everyone with respect, imagining their position and background. We never look down on or belittle anyone.

When things go wrong, we don't blame others; we first ask what we ourselves can change. Trust isn't built on standout results alone. It is built through what we do every day.

02

Create the New Normal

Do the hard, hands-on work to maximize customer value

Why it matters

We are a team that creates new normals the world doesn't have yet. That doesn't simply mean using new technology. It means deeply understanding our customers' problems and maximizing the value we deliver through new ideas and new combinations of technology.

Now that AI lets anyone make things, building something that only looks good means nothing. We go to the front lines, work with our own hands, and see it through until customers feel a real change.

03

Contribute to Society

Stand with people who need help, and deliver value that changes lives

Why it matters

Berry doesn't build businesses just because they make money. We build businesses because we want to help people in need with our own technology and ideas. We look beyond our own results to our contribution to companies, industries, and society as a whole. We want to enrich the lives of everyone connected to Berry and bring more genuine smiles into the world.
